We will learn about the different kinds of grain, the health benefits of grinding your own wheat, and why store bought bread is different than homemade. We will also consider gluten- is it bad or good? and much more…
Bread Class includes a fun mix of hands on instruction, lecture time, and door prizes. You will go home with a handbook, a loaf of bread that you made, and the knowledge to be able to repeat the process at home!
Light refreshments will be served. Feel free to bring a lunch and an apron.
